Delivery area

By default, Swissbadge delivers exclusively to addresses in Switzerland.
Deliveries abroad are available on request.

Shipping costs

Orders of CHF 50 or more ship free of charge – whether it’s a group
order delivered directly to the barracks or an online shop order to your
home address. For orders under CHF 50, a flat shipping fee of CHF 7 applies.

If clothing items or badges cannot be produced and ready for dispatch
before the end of recruit school, we offer two options: shipping the
entire order to one private address (surcharge CHF 80.–) or individual
shipping to each recruit (CHF 13.– per person). For individual shipping,
we require the recruits’ private addresses as an Excel list.

Processing and delivery times

Products in stock: dispatched within 4 working days.
Personalised products (badges, printed or embroidered clothing):
production time from 4 weeks after approval of the print or embroidery
template (approval to print).
Custom productions: the delivery time is communicated with the order
confirmation.

Shipping partner and tracking

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. You can track your parcel at any
time on post.ch.

Delivery to military addresses

We deliver to all valid postal addresses in Switzerland, including
military addresses (barracks, military training area, recruit school).
Please provide your first and last name, rank, function, unit and the
complete barracks address.

Transport damage or loss

We pack every order carefully. Should a parcel nevertheless arrive
damaged or get lost: refuse acceptance if the packaging is visibly
damaged, or take photos of the parcel before opening it, and contact us
within 7 days of receipt via our contact form or WhatsApp. We will open
an investigation with Swiss Post and arrange a replacement or refund.

PAYMENT

Payment methods

Payment is made by transfer – via bank, Twint or credit card.

Payment terms

Payments are due from the invoice date and must be made without any
deduction by the due date stated on the invoice. Payment is deemed to
have been made on the day on which Swissbadge can freely dispose of the
invoice amount.

In the event of late payment, Swissbadge is entitled to charge default
interest of 5% p.a. above the applicable base rate. For payments from
abroad, any bank charges are borne by the customer.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Our General Terms and
Conditions (GTC) apply in addition.
