1. No Right of Return

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for
online purchases. Orders placed with Swissbadge GmbH are therefore binding.
Returns or exchanges of flawless goods are excluded. This applies in
particular to personalised and custom-made items (badges, printed or
embroidered textiles, flags, signet rings and special productions) that are
produced specifically for the customer.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations before or after the start of production are governed by the
provisions of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

3. Warranty for Defects

If the delivered goods are defective or do not correspond to your order
(incorrect delivery), the statutory warranty rights under Art. 197 et seq.
of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and the warranty provisions of our
GTC apply.

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects
without delay via our contact form or WhatsApp – if possible with photos of
the defect and your order number.

In the case of justified complaints, we will – at our discretion – provide
a free replacement, rectify the defect or refund the purchase price. In
this case, we will also cover the return shipping costs. For personalised
items, the print or embroidery template approved by the customer is
decisive; minor, production-related variations in colour and finish do not
constitute a defect.
