Everything about badges
For custom badges, it usually takes 3-4 weeks from placing the order to delivery. For badges that we sell from stock, such as Detachment U-Boote, it takes 1-5 business days.
We recommend that you always use slightly thicker lines in the design, as they will stand out better.
Colour gradients are no problem for us. Thanks to the most modern production facilities, we can work with sublimation processes and embroider colour gradients true to detail.
As with the hoodies, we first produce a sample of your badge. We send you a photo of the sample via WhatsApp or email, so that you have the possibility to make changes. Only once you approve the sample, we produce your badge.
Absolutely. Our graphic designers will be happy to help you with your design. The minimum requirement for this is a hand sketch or images from the Internet. For this service, we charge a one-time fee of CHF 50 (excl. VAT).
Vector files help us to quickly start the production of the design. These include the following file formats: .pdf, .png, .ai, eps., svg.
Depending on the capacity of our production, we can produce express orders, which means that we can deliver within 2 weeks. Express orders are subject to a one-off additional charge of CHF 100.
Everything about hoodies
To order a hoodie, it’s best to fill out our order form. There you will find all information about material, colors, fonts and prices. After checking the form, we will send you a quote. Once you’ve accepted the offer, we will create a digital preview of your hoodie. Only when you have approved this preview, we produce the hoodies.

5 Hoodies are the minimum order quantity. Depending on the complexity (number of designs) a surcharge may be added. But you can see all this clearly listed in the offer, which we create for you.
Once you release the digital preview, it will take 4-8 weeks for your hoodies to be delivered.
By filling out our online form, we can send you an individual and non-binding quote within 24 hours.
For every order, we create a free digital preview of your hoodie. In this preview, all designs are shown with the correct sizes. Only when this is approved by you, we start with the production.
No, we do not produce a physical sample to minimize production waste.
Instead of a physical sample, we create a digital preview. This is clearer and we have made very good experiences with it. Thus a win-win!

Everything about Ambassadors
As an Ambassador, you will represent us at your recruit school and help us place hoodie orders. In return, you will receive a commission for each referral, which will be a good addition to your EO.
Step 1: Join our group chat
In the group chat, you will find all the important information, such as the commissions for referrals. If you want to join, write to us via WhatsApp or email and we will send you the link.
Step 2: Be an Ambassador
Represent Swissbadge and convince people in your recruit school and in your social network to order their custom clothing at Swissbadge.
Step 3: Receive commissions
Make sure that your referrals include your name with the order so that we can correctly allocate the order. Either under point 9 (promo code), or in the general note field.
